Get the job done with a Class RK1 fuse.
One of the differentiating factors of Class RK1 fuses is that they are a rejection fuse, also known as a Class R fuse. This means that it is outfitted with special provisions that keep it from being installed in the wrong fuse block. As a current limiting fuse, Class RK1 fuses introduce an extra level of resistance during an overload, reducing the damage and duration of the current. Class RK1 fuses are available in both voltage ratings as either a 250V fuse or 600V fuse. RK1 fuses are also closely related to Class RK5 fuses, though a RK1 fuse would be considered an upgrade.
An industrial fuse for industrial-grade applications.
Used across a number of industrial applications, Class RK1 fuses are available as either a time delay fuse or a fast acting fuse. They are used for everything from power distribution to branch circuits, feeders, motor protection, and more. With current ratings as high as 600A, Class RK1 fuses are equipped to interrupt at least 200,000 amps. Fast acting Class RK1 fuses are recommended for power distribution loads and branch circuits that are responsible for heating and lighting. Time delay Class RK1 fuses are high performance fuses built with a dual element and provide more effective and safer overcurrent protection.
