    Jesse Mitchell-2Jesse Mitchell has been in the electrical services business for 16 years. It’s a job he takes pride in, and one that gives him the opportunity to pursue his passion: helping people.

    As a former Marine, Jesse understands that doing a job well takes discipline and meticulous attention to detail. But he also knows that relationships built on trust are the reason people keep coming back to any business. No matter what it takes, he is committed to treating customers fairly and getting the job done right.

    Jesse recalls one winter when a local hospital lost power during a fierce ice storm. “When the hospital’s power went down, it was cold and there was ice all over the roads. But instead of leaving it up to them to find a way to get the part, I drove up to the shop, found what they needed, delivered the part to them and stayed there until the system was back up and running.”

    But Jesse refuses to take any credit for what he considers to be good customer service. “I was just doing my job,” he says with a chuckle.

    That commitment to customer service and satisfaction lies at the core of Bay Power’s culture. Jesse considers himself to be a jack-of-all-trades, but his favorite part of the job is solving customer problems. About once a week, he’ll get a request for a panel he’s never built before. That’s when his engineering expertise and technical ability have the opportunity to shine.

Worth location, Jesse manages a team of people who utilize their industry expertise to spec out custom panels and a variety of other solutions for customers. His location is one of Bay Power’s two UL 508A certified panel shops and provides:

    •      Motor control expertise
    •      Circuit breakers and accessories
    •      Electrical parts
    •      Problem solving expertise

    Jesse considers his team’s most important goal to be meeting customer needs by building long-term relationships with people.
